Visitor check-in

If a gate QR, visitor registration, check-in or checkout is not working, contact the Guard or building security team at the relevant gate first.

Digital invitation

For an expired, cancelled, incorrect or unavailable pass, contact the host who issued the invitation.

Staff account

Building Admin, Host and Guard access is managed by an authorized administrator.

Never share your password, private pass URL or pass token with another person.

Subscription & payment

For subscription activation, renewal, payment verification or account-plan changes, contact Entryo support using the official contact details provided on this page.

Do not make payments to any account or payment destination that has not been officially provided by Entryo.

Privacy request

For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal where applicable, or other privacy-related requests, identify the relevant building or organization and the type of request.

Do not send passwords, visitor pass tokens or unnecessary personal data.

Security issue

If you discover a potential security vulnerability, unauthorized access or other security issue involving Entryo, report it privately to Entryo support.

Do not attempt to access, modify, download or publicly disclose another person's information.
