    A walk-in scans the QR displayed there. An invited visitor shows the pass received from their host.

    Guard verifies the visitor

    For an invitation, the assigned guard scans the pass. Entryo validates the pass and assigned gate before the guard confirms check-in.

    Right teams see the visit

    The Guard and Building Admin see arrivals; the Host also sees their invited guest. Super Admin has oversight, and checkout is recorded when they leave.
